The project:
In this video RudyProject presents Sinergy: a bicycle helmet that reinvents the concept of manufacturing products with a unique eco-design approach. Unlike traditional helmets that combine multiple and hard-to-recycle materials, Sinergy simplifies resource recovery and reduces waste. A tangible step toward high-performance protection with respect for the environment.
The challenge:
From a narrative perspective, the challenge of the project was describing the new helmet focusing on its conceptual revolution without shifting focus toward the end of its natural life span. On a different perspective, production-wise wasn’t easy to fit the shoot in multiple locations and scenes within the timetable.
parallel stories:
Three athletes show the different use of the helmet in their own sports and lifestyle. These characters represent multiple users that although living different environments share the same care for our ecosystem without compromising on safety during their ride.
Teamwork:
Collaborating with athletes and client’s representatives was key to identify effective solutions both on narrative and logistics challenges. Athletes @plasticfreeride performed magically both on preproduction and on set helping our crew in getting the most out of time and locations. Also, working together with client in managing production assets has been essential to the positive outcome.
Pulling it all together:
The editing work finally put the visual assets all together creating a flowing video for the product.
